Water and sewerage applications

Lodge a request for Approval for Supply of Potable Water through a Metered Standpipe online to Council

	Application Types	Description
	Metered hydrant standpipe	Apply for a metered standpipe. You will need to download and fill in the Trading Terms and Conditions form and attach it to your application.
	Water meter connection / disconnection	Apply to connect or disconnect a water meter to a residential or commercial property. We will send you a notice of fees after we review your application.
	Private works - water and sewerage	Apply for connections or alterations to water or sewerage infrastructure in relation to development approvals.
	Building over or near sewerage infrastructure	Apply for approval of building works over or near sewerage infrastructure.

Road permits and footpath applications

	Application Types	Description
	Road closure	To request a temporary road closure for road maintenance, public gathering or street parties.
	Residential driveway	Apply for approval to build a residential driveway. If the driveway is industrial, commercial or multi-unit residential, please call us on 07 3412 5269 for more information.
	Gardens on footpaths	Apply for approval to build garden beds or to place artificial grass on the footpath at the front of your property
	Shipping container / skip bins	Apply for approval to place a storage or shipping container on the footpath.
